Coming soon in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, and Australia, you’ll be able to experience Be My Eyes like never before. You will soon be able to access Be My Eyes directly on your Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses, equipped with a range of features designed specifically to support you in your everyday life:

Hands-Free Assistance: With the "Call a Volunteer" feature, you can initiate a one-way video, two-way audio call to a sighted volunteer directly through the Be My Eyes app on your Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses. Whether you need help reading a label, setting a thermostat, finding the right aisle in a supermarket, or preparing meals, your hands will remain free while you receive real-time assistance from one of our volunteers.

Tailored Experience: With Be My Eyes on Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, you can receive real-time video assistance any time of the day or night, completely for free. The “Call a Volunteer” integration allows for easy toggling between glasses and smartphone camera, and back again, providing you with great flexibility to switch between the world view and the selfie view on your glasses.

Voice-Activated Controls: With Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, you will be able to initiate Be My Eyes’ “Call a Volunteer” experience entirely by voice command. Saying “Hey Meta, Be My Eyes” will connect users to a sighted volunteer who can speak the user’s language (180+ available) and can see from the user's viewpoint through the glasses' camera.

Potential use cases for the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses with Be My Eyes are vast.
